PS3 to PSP gaming question

    I recently came across an old psp, updated her and would now like to play ffvii on it (legitimately of course :D). So I have played it on my PS3 for a bit a while ago, and when I go to redownload it via the psp's psn menu it gives me some warning saying it is registered to another machine and will not be able to authenticate it again on the other machine or something (if you couldn't tell I'm paraphrasing). So my question is, if I download it on the psp, will I not be able to play it on the ps3 anymore? Also (if so), will I be able to play via the ps3, then somehow transfer the save to the psp and pick up where I left off?
