I am not a fan of quorn at all. Looking for a recipe that just uses veggies but has some "body" to it.

One chilli dish I 'learnt' (but forgot of course!) was a kidney bean chilli. I learnt it at an Indian cookery course in Dublin a couple of years ago. So maybe try kidney beans where you would have used Quorn mince?

If you don't like quorn then just bulk it up with mixed beans.
Would of thought that was obvious

You can also use tofu, cut it into pieces and freeze and defrost it for a nicer texture. Tesco also do a bag of soya "mince" which is decent enough, though if you're worried about quorn because of how processed it is that might rule that out too. Kidney beans are lovely in chilli though.
