Casino in retail park?

I noticed over the last couple of weeks in the North Link retail park in Dundalk (the one with franks furniture in it) that the unit on the corner that used to be furniture world has gotten new vinyl on the windows of a roulette table and some bingo balls. A few evenings when driving past I also seen lights on inside, it looks like they are doing work to it.

Is a Casino going to be opening in here soon?

On a seperate note - the North Link retail park seems to be less strict than most parks of their allowed businesses - what with the dance studio, auction house, and now seemingly a casino and what appears to be either a christian school or a church. Is this desperation to fill the units? Its a nice park - pity that the businesses that located there seem to be not-so-busy.

The Northlink Retail park is on the Coes Road in Dundalk - (54.002374,-6.382681 on Google Maps)

M1 Retail Park is on the Donore Road in Drogheda - (53.727236,-6.386147 on Google Maps)

I think we got our wires crossed... I'm taking about one of the retail parks in Dundalk. (I'll change the thread title/OP to say Dundalk) :)

A small correction, Its the "Drogheda Retail Park" that's on the Donore Road. The "M1 Retail Park" is on the other side of the river, ie Western Motors, Woodies, etc.

    It's a bingo hall that's opening.
