You may be entitled to something - I think its referred to as 'Casual' JSA. Talk to the department and they can sort it our.

It get eh impression it is best for you if the 20 hours are concentrated over as few days as possible, but that might not suit your employer.

Its usually no more than 20hrs over 3days, even 20 over 4 is conidered fulltime. But saying that, thats based on the 188p/w payment.

Op best off talking to the dole office. And if you don't sign off, shame on you.

You can work up to a max of three days from Monday to Saturday, plus Sunday, and your means from the work must not make you ineligible for Jobseekers Allowance.

...there are circumstances in which you can work and get Jobseeker’s Allowance...
You must meet all the other conditions for Jobseeker’s Allowance. For example, you must pass a means test and be unemployed for at least 3 days out of 6. You must also continue to look for full-time work...

If you work on Sunday calculating your means from employment is done differently. Sunday is not counted as a day of work, so your daily means from Sunday are not taken into account for Jobseeker’s Allowance. However, you must include your earnings from Sunday to get your assessable weekly earnings.
