We've all been there the 6 hour mark with a sore arse or not being able to get comfortable in the chair so today i did this.

I had noticed how comfortable the acoustic foam on my walls had felt while leaning against it so I have lined the back of my chair with it and managed to sit for 8 hours (with tea breaks) straight with no issue of comfort.

The reason i am telling you all this is just so if your feeling uncomfortable and have a spare sheet go get a scissors :)

What does everyone else to make their studio more comfortable? :)

Putting foam on your chair will give you a bad back!
Just get up and have a walk regularly. Good chairs are very expensive.

What's good, if you're using a laptop, or you can get your desktop work onto a laptop.........is to get a mattress - or fold out like a foonton and do your stuff on your back.

As long as no one can see you...........it's like it's never happened.
