i have upc abount 3 months but find it really poor and want to cancel. does anybody know how i can get out of the contract, someone told me i could pay 100e to cancel.............

Similar situation to me, went to cancel the other week and yeh €100 to get out of contract.

They asked why I was leaving and told them Sky was cheaper with the half price deal for returning customers they have at the moment. They matched it and gave me a decent price for sports n movies too so not budging till after Crimbo.

Kids and herself are happy so I'm happy
