    Hi,

    Does anyone have any experience with Aidan Carroll from Focus Fitness? I was looking to get some one on one personal fitness training.

    Anyone have any recommendations for personal trainer in the North County Dublin area?

    Hi I use Harriette Lynch in Howth - so happy with her and my results. Also a qualified dietitian so she looks after my nutrition which is essential! Trains herself for marathons and ironman events, so she knows her stuff!!

    I recently attented his boot camp for krav maga. Found it extremly beneficial, while in the focus gym I wondered what sort of workout does he give and how as it seemd a small but equiped business. Tempted to attend myself but to be honest am actually afraid as the one on one is very personal.
    what type of price did you pay?

    Just to add that Aidan Carroll is brilliant. I highly recommend him. He's a gentleman as well.
