This is on tonight and paddy power are giving good odds to knockout in each round.

Im going with mayweather because he has best defence in the game .

    E20 under 9.5 rounds @ 13/8 and maybe a few euro on knock out in 3rd or 4th .

How many times has ortiz been knocked out in his career? Against what type of opponents? In what rounds? Did he fight in the previous 12 months prior to any knockout?

i would love mayweather to be knocked out after being battered for a few rounds. He is dodging pacman to keep his record.

13/8 on that bet seems very skinny.

even though both fighters have decent ko%s their contrasting styles and skill levels are typical of a fight that goes the distance.

leaning slightly towards mayweather on points.

edit: just did a quick price up for an interest bet and i put floyd by points at 11/10 so wont be taking the 4/6 on offer.

17/1 (powers) on ortiz by points, ill be having some of that.

If Ortiz is capable of beating Floyd, I'll be shocked, even more so if he won by points. His style plays straight into Mayweather's hands, unless Father Time has caught up big style.

Floyd should win this via KO if Ortiz doesn't change his tactics big time.

Floyd to win via KO is too big at 3.0. Taking a nice cut at him and a small saver on Ortiz via KO, just in case the unthinkable happens! Can't see Ortiz outpointing him, but who knows.

    Also backing Floyd via KO in round 7 (24.0), 8 (21.0) & 9 (20.0). Just small stakes.

On the mobile. I assume floyd got the ko?

Got him out of it in the 4th. Quite controversial as it was down to some horrific refereeing. Floyd would of had him out soon after anyways.

Not sure if you can see this on the phone but the gif shows the KO. Happened after Ortiz had a point taken off for an awful headbutt, so 'twas fair gain imo.

Sounds like floyd hit him while he was apologising for the headbutt from the bbc.

i hope manny p gets the chance to ko mayweather next year.

They had already done all the apologizing stuff. The ref said "let's go" and the fight was supposed to be back on. Ortiz should of protected himself at that stage. He just doesn't the nous.

Can't blame Floyd for taking advantage after Ortiz blatantly headbutted him and that was probably in an attempt to cause cuts. It's fair gain after such a scummy act.

Hope Floyd and Pacman face off.

Floyd would beat him on points.

Manny would win but floyd wont ever take that fight imo.

    Manny would win

Don't think so, tbh. Floyd is too smart and too good defensively for him I think.

Its thinking like that, that could mean one of the richest fights of all time. Its a fight anyone with the slighest interest in boxing would be willing to shell out on PPV. The purse would total over $100m, yet floyd is making ridiculous demands that are preventing the fight going ahead.

he knows manny is the favourite and is concerned with his legacy.

floyd would love that kind of money, the greedy little bastard but his ego is too important and he has been running from manny for a long time, there is no doubt it would be the biggest fight in years between the 2 best pound4pound in the world but dont look like chicken-**** pretty-boy has the balls for it
