Just back from a show where I heard another version of Wonderwall.

As big an Oasis fan I am, there are many other good songs out there, but I couldn't count how many times I've heard it by someone else.

Hallelujah. Yes, it's a great song, but that doesn't mean that everyone in the world can do it justice. Just sayin'.

You Raise Me Up has been butchered a fair few times. Also agree with Hallelujah, wonderful song but covered way too much.

    Elton John's Your Song

I HATE Ellie Goulding's version. The way she says "mind" annoys me too.

Ryan Adams version of Wonderwall is probably the only version I can listen to anymore.

Sick of hearing versions of Galway Girl too, Sharon Shannon & Steve Earles original was the business, no need to murder it 100 times over.

    .

Noel now plays it in that vein. I was sick of it too until he changed it.

    Give this a listen.
