New dog left stains on wooden floors

Hi all, I've taken my cousins dog while he's in hospital. He has never been house trained and tends to pee everywhere when he gets a chance. I have some black spots appearing on the wooden floors now. Any idea what I can use to get rid of them

ah jaysus its the black death of wooden floors as its commonly known! Did ya not put down newspapers?
