It's a residential number for this address (quick google search or 118.ie will reveal that mods before you delete) <snip>. It's even parked outside number 23/24 in the third picture which corresponds with the address I've gotten. The owners name is also the one given in the ad

Has to be a typo I'd say.

Doesn't seem like a scam to me
