How to pay a 3rd party for work done, but student and based abroad?

    I need to pay a guy who is doing software development for my limited company.
    He is a student based in Germany.

    How can I pay him legally? This is only few days work.

    No. From your post you said it is only a few days work, a once off exercise. He is also based in Germany. He looks after his own taxes.
