Help key fob wont work

Was down the shops today locked the car and when i came back to it the button to unlock the car would not press so i end up opening the fob and it would just not press down. So i walked home and soldered one of the buttons on the fob in its place that never gets used and walked back down but no joy the fob does not seem to…

What can i do and how much will it cost

Ps i can get in to the car with the key but i cant start it as it has an immobiliser
