Clearing / VRTing a Commercial Vehicle

I know that the flat fee of €50 was replaced by a fee based on the market value of the vehicle at the start of the year , but I've heard from a few different people over the last week or so that this is due to change again - apparently its going to be a flat fee of €200 - can anybody in the know confirm/deny this ??

It's currently 200 euro to clear a commercial vehicle, unless it's a Cat B commercial, then it's 13.5% of the OMSP I think.
