I need an M16A4 (Flat-top Upper reciever, quad rail handguards) doesnt matter what make, as long as it is in decent condition, and in working order.

I have a Classic Army M4/M203 with 4X ACOG and SpecWar sling for trade, it is advertised on the forum here, - have a look and see.

FYI; the CA 'm15' is an m16; it's just CA being silly with their naming conventions. A bit like WE and their 'G39' which is in fact a G36C by another name.

The m15A4 has a railed upper with removable handle/rear-sight. Obviously you would still need to source the quad-railed front assembly and I'm not sure how much that would cost. Might be less, might be more I dunno but there's another option for you.

Edit: I hadn't seen Sean's pictures. He's got the carbine 'm15A4' with the extend-able stock, whereas I've got the 'tactical carbine' variant with the fixed stock. The stock is interchangeable obviously, and again another option to consider but might end up being less hassle just stumping for what you're looking for in one go than replacing the stock & front assembly.

Hi Lemming, thanks for the input, but i am aware of different manufacturers giving funky designations to products for legal reasons, i myself just find it easier to use the "real world" designations on AEG's.
Here is exactly what im' after...................
