Damp Under Windows in ICF Contructed House

I have a Insulated Concrete Form ICF build house. Damp has appeared under alot of the windows.

My view is that the DPC insnt run far enough around the window and rain is getting in the gap between the window sill and window on both bottom corners of the window.

It is a huge job to remove 12 windows and redo the DPC, I feel a good insualtion foam sprayed into the gap and sealed with a good sealant would do the job.

Can anyone recommend a good water/weather/sring proof insulation foam and sealant.

    Or another solution.

have you exhausted all the other avenues before using this remedial 'solution'.
    • Has the ICF company/ contractor or architect offered up a reason or solution ie. who designed the detail, who constructed the detail and who oversaw/ signed off on the detail...
    • Could you get the contractor to take out say one small window that is affected and then re assess the options
