I am surrendering my uk endowment policy which I started in 1990. When I moved to Ireland in 2001 I made it paid up so no more premiums were payable but I kept the life insurance part up. Surrender value only about £9000 of which £4000 is bonus. Since 2001 only £250 added in bonuses. Does anyone know if I am liable to tax…
