Delivery Notice for registered post is not near my location

I received today delivery notice from an post that they missed and asked to collect at kilbarrack. I live in D1. I see there is one office in rutland place can I ask them to transfer my parcel to the above office.

I called customer care centre and they said they will deliver to Rutland post office hope to get the post tomorrow
