    or something similar?

    If so i think you need to call an irish landline number when phoning fom abroad; dont think you can call an 0818 outside ireland. contact your bank and they should provide you with one that you can use abroad; it will be an irish landline number, n it should have a 01 prefix.

    just drop the first "0" and insert "00353.........."

    The 0818 number is for Bank of Ireland but only works within Ireland.

    The OP needs to call +353 1 661 5933 if in Holland.
