I'm a regular poster here but have decided to post as a guest due to the nature of this thread!!
Mods I would have posted in the sex forum but I'm not subscribed to it.
My question is is it normal for a 28 year old woman to masterbate while looking at porn? I do this almost everyday?? I am single at the moment but I wouldn't class myself as unattractive. I could go out and get sex if I wanted. Is this a bad thing to do and would other women do it too and just don't admit it?

im a woman and no its not weird or bad. im married with a small child so to be honest i rarely do it! but when i single i defo did it more.

Of course it's not 'bad' and yes, lots of women do it. Personally I prefer written rather than visual porn but each to their own. Completely safe sex and no chance of an unwanted pregnancy

Why does it bother you whether it's "normal" or not? Who's to say what's "normal" anyway?

You're an adult. You're not hurting anyone. It's a private thing, no one has to know if you don't want them to. Stop worrying and enjoy your healthy sex drive!

Well I do it twice a day....but this isn't a competition.

Listen you know it's normal, I sometimes watch porn, I sometimes don't. Loads of women do it. More and more everyday. Personally I'd be amazed to meet a woman from her mid 20's on that doesn't do it.

A good rule of thumb: if you are enjoying yourself and not hurting anyone else, you're good.

Em mid 20's here and i dont, watch porn that is ha but thats a personal preference, i know plenty of women my age that do, and certainly wouldnt think anyone was strange for looking at it! If that's your thing go for it!

heehee to the statement I could go out and get sex if I wanted. Of course you could if you are a woman, that's kind of stating the obvious. I'd imagine it is normal though, girls are just a bit less honest about doing it

totally normal. Its rare I watch porn, tend to use my imagination more but sometimes would masturbate a couple of times a day, depending on how bored I am some days not at all depending on mood.

I can see this thread been started by a guy to get masturbation confessions out of women.

Porn is something that is consumed in all walks of life, by all kinds of people and there is nothing wrong with that.

As long as your level of consumption does not become an addiction or obsession or illegal and in no way negatively impacts on the rest of your life then you should not be concerned.

Think of it like drinking alcohol at home alone. Thats fine too as long as it does not negatively impact your life. Like alcohol however it is always worth having one eye on the fact that it can become addictive and detrimental. As long as you are away of that and practice moderation you are fine.
