Jesus, adidas and hollister must be getting desperate for advertising when they register and post on boards...

True, but why didn't he post in the religon area?

T-shirt and jeans or combats mostly. Jumper if it's on the cool side.
    Meh.

I cringe when i see people wearing those plain hollister t-shirts. Its just a plain t-shirt with Hollister written on it. They look like walking billboards.

I wear a spandex one piece with brown moses sandals on white socks during the week

I've got a bunch of quicksilver, billabong and all clothes I bought when I was a teenager. Since then due to my college dress code, the only clothes I've bought are shirts, pants and ties...

I don't mind adidas as much but I'll never buy anything from abercrombie/hollister and all. Its just overpriced snob tat.

    Adidas/Nike/Dunnes for gym and training.

Anywhere else its Jeans/Pants and a shirt although I'm loving shorts recently...I could well wear them all winter.

This is what I hate about After Hours! Someone innocently asks a serious question, and a bunch of no-good posters decide to thrash the thread !
Come on boardsie's surely we're better than that ?!
I for one wear adidas, makes me look sexy IMO !

    I wear these, very comfy.

I'm doing well with St. Bernard clothing atm.

I'd never spend a crap load of cash for something in the likes of Hollister. They're not my fashion and their clothing can look hideous... especially when you see people wearing tracksuit bottoms with the string tie thingy hanging down.

Anyways... even if I could afford it, I wouldn't. Each to their own, though.

Adidas are named after a German called Adolf who had a row with his brother who went off and started Puma. Absolutley amazing isn't it not

Am I the only one who had never, ever hears of Hollister before reading this thread?

Also, in the same way that Pepsi is not Coke and Dyson is not Hoover, Nike is not Adidas.

Ralph Lauren for comfy casual wear, Nike for the gym. Canterbury is as close as I'll go towards compromising on this.

Can't go wrong with Dunnes, stylish stuff. Just remember to pronounce it as Saint BernArrrrd, like American's do, sounds classy.

I have an Adidas watch. I don't have anything else made by them and I have no idea what Hollister is, even after your highly detailed explanation.

Is Nike McKenzie a friend of yours?

I've got some Adidas running pants, MTB and Asics shoes, and a Nautica jacket I found on sale in Colorado, but that's it for brands. Unless you count M&S as a brand, that is. :o And I go to UCD, so I don't quite fit in with the Abercrombie & Uggs brigade. You can see the new 1st year Arts students hanging around outside the Library, trying to figure out the "UCD look".

You are the type of what the age is searching for, and what it is afraid it has found. I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Your days are your sonnets.

Second hand skinny stuff and big white, runner boots that look like they were robbed off a Longford man circa 1994.

My clothes collection is mostly made up of Abercrombie, Hollister, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger and Lyle and scott.

    I wear Adidas runners though.

Never actually heard of Holister...have i led a sheltered life???

I personally prefer Puma for footwear and anything without a brand name emblazened across the front of it.
