I'm looking for a herbal tea that would make you sleepy if such a thing exists :)

    Any ideas?

I'm not sure herbal teas can make you sleepy. Unless there is a special sleep-blend but it might be quite heavy on your stomach.

    Thanks for the replies..

I was just browsing there and I came across Valerian tea? Anyone have any experience of this or know where I can procure it in Dublin?

What i normally use is 1tsp of dried lemon grass and 1 tsp of fennel seeds, that I bruise in a mortar and pestle, add them to 8floz of boiling water and leave it simmer on a low heat for 10 minutes.
Should make you nice and relaxed.

I find the Bad Weather tea from
http://www.theteamerchant.ie/cgi-bin/store/commerce.cgi?product=herbal&cart_id= works better than the Sleep Well tea as well.

Got myself a box of Robt Roberts pure Camomile tea today :) had a cup earlier.. Suprised at the taste, it's very very mild.. Almost tasteless apart from a light flowery aftertaste..

Very relaxing though.. I'm looking forward to a nice cup now before bedtime..
