    ....that Tesco are refusing to insure provisional drivers on their first car (because of no experience)? I've heard it from a few people that they've stopped doing it, which is a shame because they are dirt cheap!

    Aviva are my next cheapest at over twice the price in the quote and that's with 25% percent off!

    So would much prefer Tesco...

    sounds like general hearsay tbh.

    the can of worms is officially open again though over how companies have to provide a quote etc.
