    HI

Im fitting an insert stove into my fireplace, the flue pipe will be coming out of top of chimney and into the extisting flue liner.

My question is how long should i leave the stove pipe into the flue liner? I have a piece 1metre long, this will leave about 300mm up in the flue liner. Is this enough or too much?
