Playing Soccer After A Year Out

    Hi

    Im Having a game of soccer tonight after a year out with a bad knee injury, can anyone give me tips on what stretches and what NOT to do before i play?

    Kind of risky asking on a internet forum. I suspect if you had a knee injury that put you out for a year, that you went to a physio for it. Surely it would be a good idea to do the stretches they gave you?

    Main thing would be to make sure its strapped well with some sort of compression sleeve or anything like that.

    i cant remember the excercieses haha:) they said it be grand after 6 months but didnt want to risk it so took another 6 months ou just in case!:)
