what is nama and is it really helping

    hi just wondering about nama and what it stands for , i know there like the largest properity developers in the world now but what are they doing im not hearing anything about them nowadays .

    and whats up with the ecb . and does that mean ,euro centeral bank,

    NAMA to date has been an extension of credit to developers who couldn't pay loans being called in

    NAMA now have 8,000 apartments on their books to rent / sell

    It is helping, but the debate is just WHO its helping.

    If it didn't exist then the fabled law of "supply & demand" would apply, but unfortunately Irish society only allows that to apply when it makes things more expensive and so this natural law was obstructed by FF and their mates.
