That name would not pass anyway. Its definitely fake.

1. Leung is never used as a first name, and in Hong Kong, first names are always in two parts, followed by the surname.

2. Cheung is correct, name matches

3. But is sure as heck is a Nigerian 419 scam, with a chinese front.

It takes 30 minutes or less to open up a Bank Account in Hong Kong. They don't care where the money comes from as long as you behave yourself in Hong Kong and do not do anything illegal there. Outside its jurisdiction, anything goes.
