How to make an Excel file save & close automatically after say 2 mins?

hey gang, We have a problem with a file at work. The whole company accesses it and sometimes forget to close it, resulting in people not being able to access it since it is already open. Is there a way of setting up an excel file so that it saves and closes, so as to avoid this from happening? Thakns for your help, Ed

hey gang,

We have a problem with a file at work.
