I have trouble tuning in channels on my set-up (n-pid, t-pid?)

I have a "Ross HD Digital Satellite Receiver" (model HD DVB-S2 8130). I go into menu, transponder list and select add. But when I look for channel co-ordinates online, this is typical of what I see:
    10.847 V 23000 8/9

I get the first 3 pieces, but I have no option to set 8/9 on my set-up. I also have "n-pid" and "t-pid" in under Frequency, Symbol Rate and Polarity. I have no clue what they are, or whether they are a replacement for me having no "8/9", etc. Sometimes channel co-ordinates have degrees next to them, like 19.2 and a small "O" in the top right.

What can I do to add channels? I have the channels I got from scanning, but if I were to add 1 specific channel extra i'd not be sure.

You only need frequency, polarity & symbol rate to scan a transponder.

    Explanations of abbreviations here.
