Anyone know if there any Zumba classes in the South Dublin/Dun Laoghaire area?

    Cheers.

Looks something similar to that Les Mills thing I just posted on a new thread. I'm hitting up Zumba next wednesday to see what the fuss is about... Research like. Dancefit might also make the list!

Its just an alternative to Zumba, only its club dancing as opposed to latin and has a greater emphasis on exercise as opposed to just moving about. The OP may or may not be interested but its an option, and a good one at that.

Is Zumba very difficult? I am average at cardio so I'm worried that if I take a class I'll be leaving it on stretcher!

no not at all, it's for all fitness levels, the moves tend to get more challenging as you progress but these classes are for beginners. give it a go it's a good laugh and the music is great..

Cheers for that. It's actually for a friend of mine but I'll pass on the link, I'm sure she'll pop along...
