Appple Id disabled

    For the 2nd time this week, I tried to install something from the app store and was told my apple id was disabled for security reasons and I have to reset it.
    Why is this happening?
    My original password was 6 characters long, I changed it to the recommended formula of upper and lower case, number and correct amount of digits, when it first happened.
    This worked fine for a day or so then I hit the message again last night.
    Very annoying.
    Any ideas??
    Do I have to change the actual id too?

    It means somebody has been trying to access your account. Apple disable it after the password has been incorrectly entered so many times. Try resetting the password here. If that doesn't work you may need to change the email as well.
