Iv 6.0.2 version of firefox and I sometimes have trouble watching streams on gambling sites and embed youtube videos

For example sometimes I cant watched embeded videos on boards here and either I have to keep refreshing the page or go to youtube to watch the video

    any idea what is up?

I've been having lots of trouble with Firefox lately that I've nearly 100% switched over to Chrome. Firefox has been my number one browser since Firefox 1.

Lately the same as yourself, Youtube freezing, not playing. Tabs talking ages to open or not opening at all. I see on FB I can't see the time posts were made but can on Chrome. I find it very sluggish lately for some reason. Pity, as I never thought I'd ever move away from FF but I have been gradually over the last few weeks.

If it's knackered in another browser (test that first) I'd try updating flash.

Allot of the time browser problems are caused by cache files, which can intefere with the display of the web page. Flash player also caches files, which could be causing the issue. Download CCleaner and install it. Exit all web browsers and run it. It will delete the cache data and also the flash players cache, This may help with your problem too with the times in fb AntiRip
If you want to use Chrome don't use Chrome, its glorified spyware released by Google, There is a non spyware version built upon the same design as chrome called Chromium which is a better choice
