    I closed it.

    The charter prohibits advice.

    You are stating that you were accused of insurance fraud by a named company and asking random punters on the internet what to do.

    We don't want people relying on advice here for serious or contentious matters since we don't vet the people giving the advice neither can you rely on its accuracy.
