basically im applying for stamp 4 under the Zambrano ruling, My daughter is Irish born and to a Irish father. a few months ago he was granted a temp protection order against me that was 4 days later dismissed in court as there was no merit to it at all. they have sent me a letter back as i forgot to include if i was ever convicted of any crimes or have pending charges or any dealing with family court. Should i include this information or leave it out. Went to circuit courts today and it took them a long time to find the file as my sur name name was spelled wrong. I really dont even want to metion it in the documents i have to now send in.

If you lie about it and are found out you will most likely be sent home.

just figured since it was never extended and was with out merit it be easier to not even mention it as the judge dismissed it.

I don't mean any offence, but this is one of the most important applications you will possibly make, and you are seeking advice on an Internet forum. For any person to answer this question without a detailed history of your immigration status would be most foolhardy. My advice is go to a solicitor who is competent in this area.

If you are the child's primary carer, then you should be ok but you may be asked to provide proof that you are the primary carer. If you want your application to run smoothly and take as little time as possible to process, I'd suggest you go to a solicitor for advice.

In the Zambrano applications, it is standard for INIS to request details of any relevant family law proceedings.
