    Dark Match:

    Trent Baretta defeated Johnny Curtis

    SmackDown

Mark Henry opens the show and talks about Randy Orton at Night of Champions. Zack Ryder comes out and announces Orton vs. Henry for tonight. Henry lays out Ryder and must face Ezekiel Jackson now.

    Henry beat Zeke.

Sin Cara beat Tyson Kidd and cut a heel promo afterwards. Daniel Bryan comes out and wants respect. Cara lays him out and leaves.

Kelly Kelly beat Natalya after reversing the Sharpshooter.

Christian comes out and whines about Teddy Long, Orton and the World Title. Sheamus comes out, tells Christian to shut up and get out of his ring.

Sheamus beat Wade Barrett by DQ when Christian interfered. Sheamus cleared the ring to end it.

Kofi Kingston and Evan Bourne beat Jinder Mahal and The Great Khali. Khali and Mahal argue afterwards. Triple H comes out and Pedigrees Mahal.

After a long match, Randy Orton beat Cody Rhodes with the RKO. Mark Henry came out afterwards and attacked Orton with a chair to end the show.

So I guess the end of the brand split is only going to be working one way then? That coincides with the fact HHH didn't say it was over but that SD guys were going to be on Raw....

Christ, Wade can't get a win. He's 1-6 since he became my adopted son:(

i'll be quite interested in seing The Sin Cara heel promo and im still curious to see how they work Mistico's return assuming they go that route and how they will get around his lack of English or even if they will reference that to show the differences between the two i.e after Twin Cara's heel promo have Cole make a remark about how he didnt think Cara could even speak English before obviously getting on his (the Anti-Bryan) side as a heel.

Not really if you compare it with shows typically and apparently traffic was really bad.

I kinda thought him and Bryan would feud for longer with Bryan's MITB title shot on the line at some stage

When your arena is nearly half empty, thats a sad sight! And I dont understand your compare it with other shows bit.

The building will look full on TV because that side will never be seen.

Smackdown has been struggling for ages with attendances, no surprises to see this was not full up.

I was given somewhat duff info earlier

But I watch NXT and usual the house lights are turned down for this reason.

    Sheamus/Christian feud will be good.

Bryan continues to be portrayed as a sap, matches with Cara should be good though I spose.

That is what I was about to point out, the ring is not set up for Smackdown.

I highly doubt people chose to stay outside or turn up late when they bought a ticket for smackdown. Its nearly always a good show but the liveshow attendances have been dying on their arses lately thats why they have the likes of Orton, Sheamus & Christian on raw.

It's entirely irrelevant though (and this current series will never end).

    Who cares?

It is as relevant as TNA these days.

What does that have to do with anything (nevermind the fact that it's entirely untrue considering the absolutely gigantic difference in viewership numbers)?

Is the garbage Nxt still on tv in america anymore if it is I can't imagine anybody cares the 3rd series killed that show good and proper. I do like my adopted superstar Regal on commentary.

NXT has better matches and more coherent storylines.

People are pretty clearly saying that people did not turn up for the stuff before Smackdown. It is no different to the many, many people who skip warm up acts at concerts or the minors before the senior game at the All Ireland Final. I'm not saying attendances are wonderful (as they obviously are not), but it is a valid point that more people will be there for the Smackdown recording than NXT.

How could we forget about this (Even though i like Kidd)

Zack is going bald! No more Spike your hair:(

Mark Henry is on Form. I hope it continues.

Machismo I watch both and it does.

Tyson Kidd and Yoshi Tatsu's series is better than anything TNA has done on TV in 2011.

I XD'd hard at the "TYSSOOONNNN!" at the end. Nearly Star Trek "KHAAAAN!" worthy...

Angle/Jarrett, Jarrett altogether, Bully Ray, The Destination X Three Ways, Joker Sting (though that is rather polarising), Styles and Daniels, and even Austin Aries' brief run (and that's off the top of my head).

I like NXT, it's an enjoyable little show with an occasional awesome match but it's entirely irrelevant and has the least interesting bunch rookies ever.

 Matt Striker and Darren Young have the best feud of the year :p

Gotta say Mark Henry is being build up really well on SD and looking forward to more of the Sheamus and Christian feud
