Anyone Had Subtitles on Sky News All Day?

The aspect ratio is all stretched and really annoying badly written subtitles are scrolling up the screen on my Sky here in Bray, anyone else got this?

Just noticed the subtitles as I was flicking through the channels there. must be some kind of error they havn't noticed.
