    Hello,

I order goods online and they are being sent by Interlink Express from the UK.
There will be nobody at the address to sign for the package upon arrival.

    What happens then?
Will a calling card be left?
Where will my package go upon failed delivery?

    Many thanks.

If it shipped with Interlink express in the UK it should ship here with their sister company DPD. You could give them a ring & ask for it to be held & collect at your local depot, or arrange for it to be diverted to a neighbour or your workplace.

Failing that you will get a card in the letterbox or phone call to say nobody available to receive & it will be held at their depot for a few days.

Interlink = DPD - They are called dpd in UK too, but their old name is Interlink.

Check where your local depot is http://www.dpd.ie/index.php/eng/About-DPD/DepotFinder
Ring them and let them know and they may give you the driver's number that is in your area. - You can then instruct him to leave iot somewhere else or you can collect it from their depot.

    Thank you.

Hopefully it goes to my local depot and I can collect it there.
