Wanted: Something cheap for college commute.

A friend of mine asked me to help her track down a new second hand bike for the college commute. Budget is low at 200e, looking for a 52 or 54cm or possibly smaller. A road bike of some description would be preferable although mountain bikes, hybrids etc will be considered. Doesn't have to be in working order as I have a decent-ish array of spare wheels and tyres and derailleurs and such.

Anyone got anything suitable?

Is this hybrid of any interest?

Dawes Discovery 201 with mudguards and pannier as sold for €465 (see link below). It also includes a Rixen Kaul front basket (new) and a very high quality Smart Lunar light set (BNIB). Bike is as new, very clean, very little use and always kept indoors and well maintained. I'm in Foxrock if you want to see it.

I was looking for €250 but could do it for around €200 without the basket, pannier and lights
