    hi all,

Just wondering would these be any good for commuting(12km each way). I am just worried that the fact they are so long might restrict leg movement. I commute on a racer. Any advice appreciated.

    thanks

I have these for a while now. I got them in large size and I have a waist of 32-33inches. I found them to be fairly comfortable, the inner shorts have thinish but comfortable padding. They are fairly light and thin with plenty of ventilation so not very good for the winter.

I find they do catch on my knees a bit, but they are very adjustable and have velcro straps for the waist and knees.

I think you'd be grand with a medium to be honest. The waist is fairly adjustable. The medium would have fit me also I'd reckon (judging by the amount of space I can create by loosening the adjusters). My inside leg is about 33inches so I went for large.
