I've an amazon assessment tomorrow? Anyone know what it entails? have no idea..

    Its consists of a hour long written assessment, a typing test, writing an email response to a customer and two questions based on Amazon itself. You will then receive about 11 questions based on using a PC, very straight forward and no issues if you use a PC on a daily basis.

    You will also have a standard interview, have good examples based on customer service in the last few years of if you dont have experience just have a good overview of what you have done.

    Take some time to have a look at the website and be aware of how it works.

    You will also be required to produce 18 months worth of references and ID.

    What is the hour long written assessment? Any idea on any of the questions?:D

    How long should the duration of it be?

    What are they looking for in a person? Like excellent i.t skills or just good i.t skills

    im so nervous eek
