HI I APPLIED FOR A CATERING TENDER AT THE DEPT OF EDUCATION IN TULLAMORE LAST MARCH AND WHILE I WAS WAITING FOR THE TENDER TO BE AWARDED A LADY FROM THE SAME TOWN AS THE SERVICES MANAGER MOVED HER EQUIPTMENT INTO THE KITCHEN STATING THAT SHE HAD BEEN AWARDED THE TENDER. THIS WAS 3 WEEKS BEFORE THE CLOSE OF APPLICATIONS. IS THIS LEGAL.

Before we get into the legalities, look at the original request for tender document, it will contain a contact name & phone number, get on to that person and ask for clarification.

If you get nowhere with that person, get on to the HSE Procurement people in head office....

    And switch off CAPS LOCK.
