Best time to move. Need to go look for a new house to rent in around Ranelagh/Rathmines/Sandymount/Blackrock/Ballsbridge. Presume I'm better off holding till end of Oct once all the college kids are done looking? Daft doesn't seem to be great in the 1500-1600 range at the moment.
