Updating FIFA lineups

Hey all, I'm going to buy a second hand FIFA 11 (PS3) today to get ready for the new one in a few weeks. What is the best way to update the team lineups for FIFA? Is there an option file similar to PES that I can get my hands on or do I have to make the transfers myself in the Edit Teams section? Cheers!
