Was asked to setup a small home recording setup for someone and was wondering is the Behringer XENYX 1204 usb a good starting point?

Seems like good value as it combines a mixer with an audio interface, or is it rubbish?

Was thinking of getting a fairly low end mic such as the T-Bone SC300 or the Behringer C1 and maybe a set of T-Bone HD990 headphones

Would the above setup suffice for someone just starting out? Thanks!
