Venice Film Festival Fashion

What do you all think of the fashion at the Venice film festival thus far? I think their have been a lot more hits than misses and I find it much more interesting than the Oscars. I think Keira Knightley looked stunning, very old hollywood. I think very few actresses/women in general dress in a demure ladylike way nowadays which is a shame, It's great to see a return to that style where one doesn't have to bare all to look fashionable. Kate Winslets outfits were ill fitting but she did look nice, Didn't like Madonna's looks at all. Diana Kruger looks stunning as always

I honestly don't rate any of those outfits, Kiera Knightley's outfits are very blah and everyone else looks either overworked or like their dresses don't fit. I've always considered Venice to be slightly more cocktail than red carpet fashion wise.

Gwyneth Paltrow looks great in this Prada number though:

Kiera Knightly looks beautiful. The navy belted dress is just so classic and simple, any woman could wear it and work it!

Kate Winslet has fantastic eyebrows! The shoes in the first pic of her are terrible, they cut off on the ankle making her legs look short. Same outfit with different shoes would have made it way better IMO, court or even a flat ballet style.

Don't think the one shoulder/strapless combination looks good for Salma Hayek. Too much boob! Fabulous dress though.
