Atleast they left the wheel nuts :D

Wonder was the window broken before or while the wheels were stolen? The Merc in Libya in the middle of a warzone faired a lot better

Broke the back window, pulled down the seats, go the lock nut + jack and went about the wheels then!

Hard to know if it's better to leave the lock nuts in the car or not, the level of scum your dealing with would probably torch the car if they found the lock nut was not in it.

F*ck um, let them torch it! I've mine hidden, they'll be ripping to be done before mine is found :) Although, you'd be surprised at the ways and means "they" have of getting them off.

I've lost my locknut, so my wheels are safe - even from me.

Looks like it was there for a few days, judging by the brake discs. Possibly 'grounded' for a while after its boots being knacked tho.

If you feel unsafe on Patrick Street as night you must be of a very very nervous disposition.

2am on Patricks street is not a nice place to be - and I'm not in the slightest bit nervous fella, it's just got alot of scum around. I've seen alot of incidents of 3 or 4 muppets going around looking for ( and finding) trouble..... anyway......

I couldn't agree to be honest. Never had any bother there :)

They don't even need the locknuts anymore, you can buy kits from a lot of tool retailers that'll remove any locknut in a couple of seconds. I got one and had the missus's locknuts off in less than 5 mins.

Some scroats just can't help themselves!!

    patrick street in cork?

lots of thick knackers, could easily get your nose cracked in pieces if some scum wanted a few bob or a lighter from you and you walked away.

thankfully i am well away from Ireland now.

night time is when the scum breed and mope around mostly, spaced from the days boozing and drugs.

ready to cause trouble, steal cars, and give you knacker looks at 3am in patrick street looking for a lighter.
