I had a run in with a woman today over something which was her fault, instead she refused to admit it and made a big deal over something which should have been close to home with her i.e. collecting the dole.

Basically I was queing up to collect my dole money but i was late for work so asked her could i skip infront of her,. After explainin why she went crazy., It wasnt like she had anywhere to go so could she not just have some decency and have let me go infront of her........

In times like this it is very hard to keep a job and i feel she should have realised that as she was obviously out of work and instead have helped me to get there on time.

Anyone else findin themselves in this situation as our dole ques continue to grow?? in economic times like this we should be helping each other not fighting.

I am presuming you are on casual jsa as you are working, if that is the case you shouldnt need to go to the PO to collect your money you should be getting a cheque.

no civil cervant, but either way a job is a job, they were hard enough to keep during the good times so now its near impossible. i wouldnt have asked her to move unless i was desperate.
