Because the most you'll get out of your engine is an extra 2-3hp. If you're serious about additional performance on a naturally aspirated engine get it remapped, a new freeflow exhaust, new high performance air filter and about €1000+. You won't get any benefit from a DIY chip like that. Even I could knock one of those up in half an hour.

Please don't buy it. It's not a proper way of tuning a car. It's a resistor that tricks the car into running richer than it should. This will give minimal if any power boost, and will cause damage to your engine over time.

good job I asked here first thanks a mill osi they some feckers selling them if thats the case

cheers guys I did think it sounded too good to be true I was going to put an induction kit in but there is some type of airflow sensor attached to the air box pipe, im getting full through exhaust an a turbo but just thought the chip would be a cheap 30bhp on top cheers again guys

You say your going to fit a turbo as if you could get one in halfords or something:eek:

Properly turbocharging your car will cost thousands.

:D Look forward to your next thread entitled "my engine blew up, wher can i source a new one?"

OP, even Martin in Auroremap will tell you a remap from his wont be worth it either im afraid.
