    Hi everyone,

    I am hoping for recommendations by PM for a roofer/carpenter with experience building by warm roof method? It will be for an ICF build in Dublin and roof stage is about 4 weeks away.

    My situation is that I have a cold cut roof specified on my construction drawings; firstly I would like a cut list generated for the cold roof so that I can price, secondly I would then like to compare this to the costs of a warm roof of the equivalent Uvalue and spec before making a decision on what way to proceed.
