Golf trip abroad in Oct?

    Where would be a good place to got with a few lads for a long weekend of Golf in October?

    Never done a golf trip abroad before. Thinking maybe Portugal?

    If it's early October then anywhere in Europe. Late October Portugal or Costa Del Sol.

    Booked with this crowd a couple for a couple of years very helpful. Think they are base in the costa del sol. We went friday morning played Friday saturday and sunday home sunday night Golf with Buggies, Car hire and Hotel was 200 per head so add flights on to that. Would look for deals that include buggies as u need them on most courses and they can cost about 25 quid a head per day.

    On Ryanair flights to Faro include free Golf Bag transport which should save you €80, must fly in Nov/Dec though, you'll get 5 days out there for less than €100 for flights/cabin luggage and golf bag
